This is what I had for dinner – a slightly altered version of this salad here. It takes a little while to make (peeling the capsicum is fiddly, but it is worth it) but it's so good. Maybe I forgot to roast the onion of the recipe title, and added fresh chives and sage at the end instead... no big deal. It is perfect for these sort-of-warm, sort-of-cold Autumn nights. Yums.
